The Hungarian Nationals 2016 is a speedcubing competition. Anyone can participate, who is familiar with the WCA Regulation, accept it and meet the competition’s criterias.

Registration fee:
For competitors (with online registration and payment):
2.000 HUF for 1 day*, 3.000 HUF for 2 days*
THE ONLINE REGISTRATION HAS BEEN CLOSED.

For competitors (with on-site registration and payment):
3.000 HUF for 1 day*, 4.000 HUF for 2 days*

For spectators: 750 HUF/person (paid on site)

Competitors limit: 250 people
The first 200 registered competitors get the chance to compete in every event. After 200 people we can accept registrations for the 3x3x3 event only.

Date: 16-17. April 2016

Venue: Lurdy Konferencia- és Rendezvényközpont
On Saturday: 1st floor, on the left, next to the catering area, room 4.
On Sunday: 1st floor, on the left, next to the catering area, room 6.

Unofficial event - Senior competition
Within Hungarian Nationals 2016, we would like to host a senior competition for the first generations who solved the Rubik's Cube

The senior competition will include the following divisions:
  • 40+ years old
  • 50+ years old
  • 60+ years old

    • The competition will take place on the 17th of April, 2016 at the same place where Hungarian Nationals 2016 will be held. The qualification round will start at 11:00 and will last until 13:30. The final round will be held around 16:50-17:00.

    You can register to the senior competition on the hungarianopen.info@gmail.com e-mail address by providing your name and birth date, or at the venue, on site.

    We are looking forward to see the old school cubers! :)

    (Attending the senior competition is free of charge, and will grant you on Sunday a free entry to the main hall as well.)

    * If you have any debt from previous competitions, you have to pay it before your first event as well. (But this fee should be paid on site.)
    ** If you register to the competition, but cannot participate (and let us know before 15th of March, 2016. - 23:59) we will transfer back 50% of the paid money. For more information check out the Registration site.
